Warren Zahner Obituary, Death Cause – Warren L. Zahner, 72, of Ellington, who was the loving husband of Bonnie (Luginbuhl) Zahner for 49 years, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 30, 2023. He was a longtime resident of Ellington. He had spent his entire life in the Ellington community. On April 10th, 1951, he was born in Hartford to the late Emanuel Zahner and Clara (Beckley) Zahner. He was the son of deceased parents. His mother passed away before he was born.

In addition, he is survived by his two brothers, Curtis Zahner and his wife Sally, and Scott Zahner and his wife Nancy, in addition to a significant number of further relatives, acquaintances, and friends of family members. Scott Zahner and his wife Nancy also survive him. His two brothers Curtis Zahner and Scott Zahner also survive him. In his role as a spiritual parent, he had a significant impact on the lives of a great number of individuals, including the extraordinary life of his own son, Gardy Moreau.

David Aaron Zahner, who was still a young adult at the time of his passing, preceded Warren in death. His major objective and aim during his whole life was to achieve “a reunion with joy that cannot be measured, a sensation of love and peace that I have no adequate words to describe.” Forever. Warren is survived by his wife, Bonnie Zahner, four children, Michael R. Zahner and his wife Joy, Shawn D. Zahner and his wife Anna, Jonathan A. Zahner and his wife Amy, Elisa J. Goric and her husband Jonathan, sixteen cherished grandchildren, Austin, Olivia, Caleb, Clara and Katia Zahner, Leila and Lukas Zahner, Maya, Harvey, William, Marshall, and Pearl Zahner, Julia, Evan.
