Troy Watley Obituary, Death Cause – In the early hours of Saturday morning in Stratford, a female victim was hit and murdered, and the police have already detained a suspect in connection with the incident. After the incident, the motorist ran away from the site of the accident, making it a hit-and-run accident. Just after midnight, the police were called to the area around Stratford Avenue and St. Michael’s Cemetery after receiving a report of a lady who was lying in the road.
