Simon Smith Obituary, Simon Smith Has Passed Away

Simon Smith Obituary, Death Cause – The unfortunate news that Simon DK had passed away was brought to our attention earlier in the day. Yesterday evening, he was sent to the medical facility that can be found in Glan Clwyd, which is situated in North Wales. As soon as he arrived at the location, he was placed on life support at the facility. On the other hand, it was decided today at 5:15 that the assistance should be terminated because it is no longer necessary for medical reasons. My grief, along with all of our shared grief over his passing, is incomprehensible and cannot be fully conveyed via words alone. I have known him for over 35 years, but other members of the DiY family have known him for even longer than that. Personally.

In spite of the fact that it is always disorganized and in spite of the fact that it is perpetually running past schedule, there is fantastic music and enough room for everyone. In all of my years, I have never come across a person who was held in such high esteem by everyone. Ever. There is a possibility that he has come to terms with the person that he is at this point in time. In this awful moment, I honestly don’t know what else to say other than that our thoughts and love go out to his family, to Nikki, and to the entire extended DiY family spread all over the world. Our deepest condolences go out to each and every one of you. I am sorry for the loss you have suffered.

We have known him for over 35 years. Over the course of the past couple of decades, we have been through a lot of it together, and it has been an absolutely dreadful experience. He was a one-of-a-kind individual who was DiY’s first DJ back in the heady days of the late 1980s and went on to become possibly the most well-known free party DJ in the country. He served as the DJ for DiY in those days, and he went on to become famous all across the country. It was in the late 1980s when he started his career at DiY, which was an innovative club at the time. As a direct result of this, he was the one most responsible for motivating an entirely new generation of people to start listening to records by utilizing turntables.
