Catherine Petway Obituary, Death, Funeral And Visitation

Catherine Petway Obituary, Death Cause –¬†Catherine Petway, and we are Jeremy Turner’s mother. During the 2013 and 2014 seasons, my son played for Atlanta CV as a member of the team. Euphonium was one of the brass instruments that he performed in the band. I am sorry to inform you that he passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 26 due to circumstances that were completely unexpected. I am aware that it has been some time since Jeremy was a part of the organization; but, I felt it was necessary for me to inform you of this and politely ask if you could share the information with the other alumni. There is a possibility that there are people in the world who would like to be informed of this, and who would also be interested in attending a memorial service in order to say their final goodbyes.

As well as his attitude toward leadership within the group. This was after Jeremy had already completed his first season. Jeremy’s time spent with Atlanta CV brought him a tremendous deal of happiness, despite the rigorous nature of the practices and expectations. When I went to pick him up at the conclusion of his weekend practices, he was always pumped up about what he had accomplished and what was to come. Because of Jeremy’s love for drum corps, two additional students joined your program in 2014 and 2015; their names were Courtlin Stewart and Madison Turner (his sister). The combination of Jeremy’s participation in Atlanta CV and the training he received from you resulted in his being accepted into the Madison Scouts in the year 2016. We are indebted to you for presenting Jeremy with the opportunity to participate in something that is greater than himself and for enabling him to showcase his talent.

Jeremy’s time spent working for your company was one of the highlights of his life. He was one of the first youngsters from Barrow County to join a drum corps when he was between the ages of 17 and 18 years old. When compared to the level of performance achieved by his high school, the music and field design were both incredibly difficult. This more passionate and competitive style of music was Jeremy’s absolute favorite. He had a good time on the trips and valued the connections he made with the other members and the staff. When Jeremy returned to playing at his school following his first season, everyone noted the great increase in his musical skills.
